VCS deliveries of financial services to nation states comprise management services within project design -, project funding -, and project implementation of national register infrastructure in several countries in Europe, Africa, and the Americas, facilitating Good Governance. National register infrastructure is normally owned by a nation state, creating basis for a well-functioning private sector, and the cooperation between the public – and the private sector. Clients have been state institutions and ministries, or organizations holding contracts with state institutions.
